We have the single quality department,that make sure the material of the raw materials is good,and ensure the machine running smoothly.
1. For the injection molding machine that has not replaced the hydraulic oil for more than three years, please replace the no. 46 ash-free anti-wear hydraulic oil. In the process of replacement, the hydraulic oil tank must be completely cleaned before the new hydraulic oil can be replaced.
2. For the hydraulic bypass filter of the injection molding machine, if the pointer of the pressure dead weight tester point to or near to the red area, please stop the oil pump and replace the filter element of the bypass filter.
3. For the sediment inside the lubricating oil tank, it shall be completely cleaned and replaced with no. 220 heavy industry gear oil. After replacing the new lubricating oil, please make sure to do manual lubrication test to observe whether the oil is discharged from each point of lubricating oil distributor and whether the lubricating oil pipe is broken. Change in time.
4. For the maintenance of the part of mold adjust and the lubrication parts of injection tail plate, must maintenance once at least half a year , and each maintenance to see the new oil in, old oil out.
5. For the cleaning for the control electrical box of the injection molding machine , it is necessary to first turn off the general power supply of the injection molding machine, remove the air inlet filter screen of the electrical box. first cleaning with a strong air gun, and then clean the dust inside the electric box with vacuum cleaner, finish cleaning, turn on the power to observe whether there is noise in the air outlet exhaust fan or unworking .if there is, please replace it in time.
6,For injection molding machine mechanical safety lock and front and back door limit switch, to do abnormal safety test. If any abnormal, please inform our after-sales staff ,Try to be best : prevention first, safety first.
7. For the inside or outside of the sheet metal of the injection molding machine, as well as the parts of the clamping and injection tail plate tail plate, oil stains shall be completely cleaned.
